Carl installed a new boiler for me last year. He was really knowledge pre-sale and would come over in the evening to suit my working hours which was great. The price he quoted was pretty reasonable and right in the middle of the 3 other quotes I’d received.

However, the problems I faced were after installation. It took a lot of chasing in order for him to complete the benchmark checklist which took nearly 2 months after the installation date.

The condense pipe then started to leak on the boiler 5 months after installation. I contacted Carl and arranged I time for him to come over which I then needed to change but I never heard back from him. I tried to contact him a couple of times after that with no luck so I decided to use another plumber.

Another pipe started to leak around 6 months after installation so makes me question how much care was taken when installing the new boiler.
